Refund Policy


The Rollr Ritual Guarantee

Your daily ritual should feel grounding, sensorial and effortless.

That’s why we created the Rollr Ritual Guarantee: if, after giving Rollr a proper try, it still isn’t keeping you fresh or doesn’t feel right for your body, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order for a refund.

Before returning your Rollr, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@rollr.co.uk. Sometimes all it takes is adjusting your scent choice, tweaking how much water you add, or easing through the short calibration period that some bodies experience when switching to natural anti-odorant. Our team is here to help make Rollr work beautifully for you.

A gentle note on sustainability: once a Rollr has been used, we cannot resell or reuse it. To avoid creating unnecessary waste, we ask that you take on board our guidance and give Rollr a fair chance before deciding to send it back. But if, after that, it still isn’t right for you, we’ll honour the guarantee with no hesitation - simply return it within 30 days and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

 

Issues With Your Order


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in everything we create, but if your Rollr arrives damaged or isn’t working as it should, please email hello@rollr.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a brief description, along with photos or videos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Wrong Items Sent

On the rare occasion something unexpected arrives in your parcel, let us know within 30 days by emailing hello@rollr.co.uk with a photo of what you received, what’s missing, and your order number. We'll make sure to make it right for you as quickly as we can.

 

Skin Sensitivity or Reactions

Rollr is formulated for sensitive skin, but every body is unique. If you experience irritation, please stop using the product and contact us within 30 days. We’ll help you find the right next steps.

 

Not What You Expected

If scent, colour or feel isn’t quite right, email us at hello@rollr.co.uk so we can talk it through together.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service

And always aim to reply within 2 working days. We are a very small team, so please be patient if you're waiting longer than 24 hours.

If you do wait longer than 2 working days, please send us another email or contact us via social media as sometimes emails are lost to junk.

 

The Rollr Ritual Guarantee (30-Day Return Window)

If Rollr isn’t working for you, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order for a refund.

Please contact us at hello@rollr.co.uk before returning your item so our team can guide you through the process.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancellations


Order Changes or Cancellations

We work quickly to ship your order, so changes aren’t always possible once it’s placed.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, email hello@rollr.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Subscription Cancellations

To pause or cancel a subscription, use the magic link you received at purchase or email hello@rollr.co.uk at least 72 hours before your next renewal date. If you contact us closer to the renewal, we may not be able to stop the next shipment in time.

 

 

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once a Rollr has been used.

However, if Rollr simply doesn’t work for you, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order as part of the Rollr Ritual Guarantee.
